Text only exports in News Times Roman

We're currently using Captivate 9 and up until this point none of the projects we've done have been responsive.

So we never had issues with the fonts when exporting them in blank projects.

We have to use a specific fonts and setup for this project, and responsive project only shows the text as New Times Roman.

I've tried embedding the font and linking it to a style external style sheet in both the header and to the CPLibraryAll.css with the @1552174 url("../css/fonts/fonts.css");

Every time I export it, it removes that code of line, but the stylesheet and fonts do export with the project.

With adding it to the header, I know it's reading my font style sheet because when i delete the fonts I get the warning messages of it being missing in the console.

I tried forcing the style from the console with setting the font-family to !important but even that didn't make it changed.

How do I force Captivate to show these fonts that are not on it's web safe text list?
