Text Output isn't sharp when published using Captivate 9

I am using Captivate 9 and using Web Safe Arial Regular Font.  When I published the package the text doesn't look crisp.

I have tried a number of different settings and published out as .swf and html.

It is getting frustrating.  I even upgraded to the latest update.

I would appreciate it if anyone has a solution.

I chatted with Adobe today, but they were of no help.
