Text to speech accents

Hi guys. I'm building a template for a client who favours the computer generated voices for ease. Their preferred voice is Chloe, which is nice and British on their machine, but on mine Chloe is French Canadian. One of us (or perhaps both) must have missed an update - can anyone help please? As always, any assistance much appreciated.

    I think any difference in voices would be more due to the version of Captivate or the language pack installed... I've not heard of any TTS voice updates between versions.

    You both running the same version of Captivate? Have the voices downloaded from the same source?
