Text to speech for Captivate 9

Hello! I downloaded the text to speech voices from a link I found here: Download locations for Captivate text-to-speech converters . But when I go to run the executable file, I get an error that tells me to "insert disk AdobeCptv90 to continue." I don't have any disks to insert as I downloaded the program to install. Anyone have any suggestions for how I can resolve this? Many thanks in advance!

Hi Christine,

Please try Lieve's suggestion and then check the behavior

Go to Audio > Speech management and then download from there, Also make sure that the Captivate must be closed while installing.

Is there some reason that you didn't use the download link in the Speech Management dialog box? That is my usual work flow, and until now never had a problem like yours.
