Text to Speech (Neospeech/Paul) - License warning

Hi, I am trying to use VTEditor_ENG.exe to convert text to speech. But each time, i recieve a license warning message which indicates either your license expired or you do not have a valid license. I read on other threads that i need to copy a different version of UserDicEng.exe. But the links provided there dont work and it also looks like they are for older versions. I am using Captivate 6.

Could you please provide me a link for the latest version or if there is another work around?

Thanks,

Do you have an update on this? I was told by Adobe support that the inclusion of the voices in Captivate does not technically include the licensed use of the VT Editor and we are supposed to use VTML tags in the text we use to generate the audio. I tried the editor and it seems a lot easier than the Captivate functionality. You can also test the audio before generating it, thus saving time and aggravation. Have you heard any updates on this?
