Text to speech on a smart shape?

Is there a way to have text to speech on a smart shape? My smart shapes have been converted to buttons and I want to user to click on the button and here the text be read allowed, is this possible?

I know that I can insert audio for a specific shape to be played once its click on, however I'd like to use one of the Microsoft voices, Julie, as my speaker.
