Text to Speech sound like a question.

Hello...

Does anyone know if there is a VTML tag or other method to make the text to speech sound like a question as it seems putting a question mark at the end doesn't make Kate say the phrase like a question.  Example:  How are you?

Any help is appreciated, but I'm learning quickly
