Text to voice

Hi

Can anyone recommend any professional sounding text to voice conversion options?

My eLearning programme consists of a number of different 'stories'.  Each story needs to be narrated by a different type of person - old, young, male, female, poorly....etc

I don't want the old style robotic voices, they need to be natural and believable.  My colleague looked online and found there to be tons of different companies offering a similar service but if anyone can recommend a good place to start that would be amazing!

Hi Kim — I work at an AI research lab in Seattle where we've built a text-to-speech engine that produces speech that's nearly indistinguishable from the human voice. The voices are far less robotic than Amazon Polly and other providers (we think!) and could be used in production.

You should consider Amazon Polly. My understanding is that you get many choices for voices and languages. Check out this article here:
