Text wont record in captivate version 8, windows 8.1

Hi,

I was wondering if someone have the same problem.  Our captivate dont record text. For example when we record a training simulation in Microsoft word, it record all the actions except for the text..so it does not insert a text box automatically. If we want text in the simulation we should insert it manualy after the simulation is recorded and that waste A LOT of time

We think it has something to do with windows 8.1  cause we installed captivate on a computer with windows 7 and then everything works perfectly but when we install it on a computer with windows 8 it just doesnt want to capture the text
