You know that this new version at this moment can only create responsive projects. Each slide is based on a slide template which has a predefined layout fitting for each browser resolution.  On a blank slide you can add 'blocks' with components, but with the same predefined layouts. How would you see this layout being fitting for some smartphones with a browser resolution in the width of 360px?  Indeed impossible and totally user unfriendly. 

A long intro to tell you that this type of design is impossible in your version. You would need a non-responsive project with output which will be viewed on a desktop/laptop browser.  My recommendation is to try to get away from your table and split the information in that table in multiple slide outputs if you want to use your version 12.3.
