The ability to continue where the training left off

I will assume you are using Captivate Classic and not Captivate 12.  If this is not the case, please say so.

If you want users to be able to terminate a session without completing it, and then later resume where they left off, that functionality usually requires that your content is being served from a Learning Management System.  It also requires that you have Resume Data Bookmarking turned on in your SCORM settings for the Captivate module.

If you are NOT serving your content from an LMS, but ARE delivering from a web server, then you may be able to use the Self-paced Learning bookmarking that can be turned on in Captivate's Project > Table of Contents > Settings > Self-paced Learning checkbox.

So, can you please clarify:

• Which version of Captivate you are using.
• Which method of content delivery you are using.
