    Dear RodWard, i changed points settings, but situation the same. Completion - incomplete

    OK.  So you're screenshot from SCORM Cloud now shows that you are scoring 100% in the quiz but your Completion status is still coming out at Incomplete.  So obviously your quiz reporting settings are not awarding completion based on passing the quiz.

    Try setting your quiz up the way I show in this screenshot using SCORM 1.2 instead of 2004.

    Test the course on SCORM Cloud to see if the issue is due to Captivate or

    to the LMS to start.

    There's something weird about the way it's showing your percentage score in that screenshot. It's saying 20,00%  That's not normal.

    Can you post screenshots of your Quiz > Reporting screen settings, your Quiz > Pass or Fail screen settings, and your SCORM Manifest dialog settings please?
