The given file is not a Learning Interaction SWF File

I need help.  I am using the Multi-SCORM Packager for the first time.  I have created my Captivate files as .swf files and when I go to add them to the packager I am getting the error "The given file is not a Learning Interaction SWF File".  Where did I go wrong in the publishing of the Captivate files?  I ensured that the scorm value (1.2) was the same in both the publishing and the packager.  How can I fix this problem?

    You need to publish each of your modules as SCORM zips and then import them into the Multi-SCORM Packager.  It will not accept SWF files or zipped projects that were not published as valid SCORM packages.
