The Review feature does not work! Getting Error message!

Everyone on my team is getting an error message when trying to create a Review link.

 

Should be no surprise that this very unuser friendly software is having issues.  I mean look at their website.  I get that they don't offer any sort of spellcheck in Captivate but for goodness sack, use some spellcheck when you are publishing a website!

    Just checking on to see what's been written about this. Some people in our working group can publish review links, others can not, no rhyme or reason why, so far.

    Mine worked but the actual links did not. This may be something I need to work with my security department on to get the urls white listed. But now I cannot publish any links, i get the error. No rhyme or reason.

    I have the same issue.  IT has clened my preferences multiple times and then they have whitelisted the URLs....still cannot publish to the review site!  This software is so lacking!!  I publish almost every day to Articulate Review 360 with no issues in a matter of minutes.  I have only managed to publish to CP Review site 2-3 times in 6 months!  It is causing problem for the client as they can't review the content (but they want it in Captivate even knowing all it's issues)
