Question

The sound disappears when I press the fast-forward button during playback

This question is about using the skin editor in Adobe Captivate 2019 and displaying the playback control bar.
In the published project, press the fast-forward button during playback.
Then, the screen progresses faster, but the sound disappears simultaneously.

Whether this phenomenon is a matter of course or whether I have not made any necessary settings, I continue to be unable to solve it.

Please let me know if anyone has faced a similar issue or has any tips. Thank you.

What do you really want to happen? Do you mean that you don't hear slide audio or other types of audio (object, Play Audio) while scrubbing the progress bar or using the FF button? Or are you talking about audio not playing when stopping the fast forward?

Lilybiri-san,

I mean that I don't hear slide audio while using the FF button. I was looking for this solution.

As far as I know, the slide audio sound disappears when using Fast Forward and that is normal behaviour.  It doesn't work like a video controller where you get "chipmunk" audio when the speed is increased.

Rodward-san,

After all, is that so... it's sad.
I assumed that it would play double-speed audio like Youtube.

Thank you for always helping me.
