Question

The Table of Contents Page is not publishing the way I have it organized. Please advise.

Hello. Hoping for some assistance...

I published a course to try it and it came out fine. Then I made a few edits- just changing some video slides, nothing crazy. Then I republished it.

Now the Table of Contents is not publishing correctly. In Captivate, I have it organized so images are on the left, text is on the right, and clicking on the image takes you to the corresponding module.  But now, when it is published, the images are above the text, and they are stretched out. This is *not* what it shows in Captivate and we made no changes to the TOC page at all so I don't even understand why this is happening.

Please help me fix this. I cannot use this file with the TOC the way it is, it looks bad. But I can't fix it cuz what I see in Captivate is not what is being published.

Thank you!

Also, I noticed on a few slides the image or text is out of place. Again, this is not reflected in Captivate. Plus, a few of the images look way too big- much bigger than they show in Captivate. These are not imported images, they are provided by Captivate. So I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm worried cuz I have a deadline and this is not what I was expecting.

The TOC problem is the biggest one (so far), but these other issues hurt the presentation.

Thank you for any help you can offer.

Could you please tell us the full version number of Captivate which you are using. You find it under Help, About Captivate.

Sure. It's 12.0.3.12. Thanks!
