I am using Captivate 2019, and have create my own theme. I now want other people in the company to use this also. How do I distribute it to them. We do have shared network drives, can I save it to there, and they retrieve it to use? Or is there another way. Thanks for your help.
Save you theme using the Themes menu, Save as. You will get a file with extension cptm. Offer it to your colleagues. They sould use the Themes big button, and its Btowse button to apply that theme to their projects. Normally the Theme Colors palette will be included as well.
