I create my presentations and when i try to apply the same theme to all thee document it does not apply to the document. And if I use master master slice it changes all. what can i do?

    Can you offer some more details? Which exact version are you using? I need the full version number as found under Help, About Captivate. There was a change in the Theme feature between version 11.0 and 11.5, both were under the common CP2019. Have a look at:

    How do you apply the theme to a project? Know that overridden object styles will not be replaced! You can recognize those overridden styles by the +sign in Style field of the Properties panel of the object.

    Was the theme you tried to apply a custom theme or one of the themes packaged with Captivate in the present version? If it is a custom theme, was it created or upgraded to the present Captivate version?
