Themes dynamically import?

I have a theme I have been working on from within a Captivate project.  I saved the theme and have since used it on other projects.

If I make changes to the theme in Project A, and save them, will the changes automatically propagate to Project B when I reload it?  Or will I have to manually re-assign the theme in Project B?
