thin colored stroke appears when quiz button is clicked

When a quiz answer radio button is clicked in Adobe Presenter a thin colored stroke around a box appears. It is annoying. There seems to be no shape associated with it. Any ideas? (See attached image)

Is this just showing in the preview of your presentation or do you see it in the web browser as well? The preview function may not be 100% accurate as to what the end user will see.

That blue highlight is what someone would see if they used the keyboard interaction option instead of clicking with their mouse (ADA compliant interaction). The preview may just be showing it.

Thanks for feedback,

The colored stroke shows up in preview and after we publish to our LMS. I do notice it doesn't appear when I do the HTML5 preview in presenter though. Odd..?
