Third party TTS selection always uses the system TTS voice..

Hello,

I've noticed then whenever I select a thrid party TTS voice from the drop down box, the Windows 7 default TTS voice is used. This hasn't been a problem yet because I can change the system voice, but it could be a problem at some point.

Can someone tell me why the standard system voice is always used?

I am using Captvate 2017.
