Timer Widget Issue - Captivate 9

Hi,

I did the following:

1) Created a New Project.

2) Created questions in two pools.

3) Inserted Random questions slides and linked to these two pools.

4) Inserted a Content slide before the question slides.

5)  Inserted the Hourglass Widget on that Content Slide.

6)  Applied that Widget to rest of the project.

Issue

When I preview the widget works perfectly fine. When I publish, it is not even visible. Any clue why this is happening?
