TimerWidget doesn't appear on Retake button, Captivate 2019

Sorry for inconviences, I didn't report full issue:

I created courses with a quiz in the end.

I created 5 Random questions and Timer Widget was not available for random widgets.

So I decided to create blank slide before quiz with a 0.1 transition where I inlcuded Timer Widget.

If student fail, by clicking retake button, it goes to 1 question and timer widget is not available. please help to solve. thank you.

Suspect you mean the Timer Learning Interactoin (there used to be a 'widget' as well, learning interactions are compatible with HTML5 output, widgets not).

Need more details:

Which exact version number because there are at least 5 releases under CP2019. Check the number under Help, About Captivate.
You talk about 'Retake', which means you are talking about a Quiz, and this is the Retake button on the Score slide?
Where did you insert the Timer interaction? How was it set up?
What do you want to happen on a second attempt on quiz level with the Timer?
