TOC settings: Enlarge Symbol / Hide Symbol

Hello everybody,

in the Skin-Editor / TOC-settings of Captive 5 I discovered two new(?) settings: Enlarge Symbol / Hide Symbol (I am not sure if this is the exact terminology in the English version, because I am using the German one) where you can select graphics. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find out how these settings work or to find any description on the internet. Could anybody give me a hint here?

Best regards

Jan

Guten Tag Jan,

I think you are talking about those two regions to change the icons for Opening/Closing Overlay TOC. Wanted to add a screenshot with the English version, but forums doesn't allow it for the moment.

They are meant to replace the default small icons for opening/closing the TOC when in overlay mode by your own icons. There were a lot of complaints about those icons (double arrows) because they were so tiny.

The other new feature (Width) allows you to expand the width of the TOC to more than 250px (still the minimum) which can be useful for TOC's with large text entries for the slides.

Hello Lilybiri,

thanks, now I get it. Because I don't use the TOC overlay feature, I didn't see the effect of the changes I had made.

BTW: There is still no way to hide/modify the star symbol (bookmark) in the TOC, is there?

Best regards,

Jan

Nein, schade, nicht?

No I don't think this is possible, it would be great if you introduced a feature request. Would like also to have more editing possibilities for the TOC, localisation is really too hard.
