Question

TOC with multiple projects, indentation, subheadings

I am using Captivate 8. Please see the following table of contents of the modules that have been coded. (The ones in red are just headings and not modules. I just want to use them for indentation purposes and for clarity. The ones in blue are actual modules).

What do you think is the best way to aggregate them?  A TOC will not work as they are all different projects which TOC doesn’t allow to link, and also TOC does not allow indentation as shown.

On the other hand, if I create the TOC on a slide using click boxes, the module time will not show up, and navigation between modules will be difficult.

You could use the Aggregator to link modules together, but I doubt you'll have more customisation possibilities for the TOC.

If you want to continue using a custom TOC, I would strongly recommend not to use click boxes but shape buttons (can have text in them) because you can show them for the rest of the project (or on the master slide). If you want to show time, have a look at my blog post:

Thanks Lilybiri. I really need to use customization in TOC with indentations etc. but I appreciate your advice.
