Tooltip display changing

I am using Captivate 3 and have created several Menubuilder files. When I Preview the file, the tooltip text appears normal and in a normal tooltip window overlaying the menu item. When I export the file as an SWF or EXE, the tooltip font changes to a larger font and the tooltip window also changes. Has anyone else seen this or have a solution to correct the problem? My menu items are in 12 point Arial font, normal.

I'm having the same problem. Does anyone have a reason for this or a suggestion for getting around it (other than not using tooltips when exporting to an SWF file)??
