Track participant information

I am creating an eLearning course. I wonder if there is a way for me to know participants' information once they access and finish the course.

That is typically a functionality of a LMS (Learning Management System). Like other elearning authoring tools Captivate is meant to be used in collaboration with a LMS.

    There are tons of LMSs around. You can have a look at Moodle, which is free. Adobe has also a LMS, quite powerful but not free at all: Captivate Prime.
