Tracking Time SCORM 1.2 Forma.lms

Question

Hi, I have a problem with the publication of a project according to the SCORM 1.2 standard, based on power point presentation. Forma LMS not properly track the viewing time. There are parameters to be set for the tracking occurs in hh:mm:ss instead of hh:mm:ss.cs? Each slide has a different lifetime expressed in, for example, 50,6 seconds rather than 25,6 etc. I'm using Captivate 8.

TLC's reference says "The SCO has the responsibility for maintaining this item" but that's not how I've experienced that spec.

Well, maybe, in the sense that the SCO can get the start time, and current time, and determine if the 'session time' is too much or not enough...for its own feedback.

But in the LMS products I've experienced, the time reported by the LMS is the time tracked by the LMS - starting from when the user launches the piece to the time the exit.

Regardless, I notice your time slide time examples use commas as the delimiter (50,6) whereas US expresses it with periods (50.6) so that may be the issue - CP may be reporting time with a period and that's not the format your LMS expects.

I'm not sure if there's way to localize Captivate...unless maybe you have a language-specific version installed (not US). Is that a relevant thing to examine?
