Transitions and call-outs problem

Transitions and/or callouts don't seem to work well in Captivate 3. I have a few call-outs that I'd like them to appear at different times. They either do not appear when they have to don't appear at all. A simple example is when I tri to setup a call out to appear after 3 seconds the slide has appear, when slide appears, the call-out does not appear after 3 seconds. In fact it does not appear at all, but if I click on the slide for a second time the call-out works fine this time. Has anybody come across this or similar error?

    Hi RC and welcome to our community

    My own guess here (based on the fact you said but if I click on the slide for a second time) is that you have a simple timing issue. Sounds like you have a Button or Click Box object on the slide that is pausing the slide dead in its tracks until the area or button has been clicked.

    The bottom line here is that you need to closely examine and analyze your Timeline actions for the slide in question.
