Transitions not Working after Publish

Hello,

I've picked up some blurbs about issues with PPT import to Captivate. After deleting all transitions in ppt then importing to Cap I set up new transitions in Captivate 8.  However, sllide transitions that work in preview do NOT work when actually published in IE 11, latest Chrome, or Firefox. I even started a new project and tried copying slides from ppt imported project over but no luck.

Suggestions???
