Translating to Chinese via XML export/import

We've recently started translating our English-language courses into Chinese via XML export/import. When importing XML back into Captivate, any Chinese characters are by default set to the Kozuka Gothic font. We've noticed that this font doesn't support all characters, and these appear as a box with a cross in it.

We've found that the MingLiU font works better for us, so now the question is: Is there a way to make MingLiU the default font when importing Chinese characters? This would save us the trouble of having to change the fonts after the import.

We're working with Captivate 9.
