Transparent Playbar isn't transparent

I am trying to create a transparent playbar. I set the transparency and turned off borders, but I still get a white border behind my playbar. Am I missing a step here or doing something incorrectly? I am attaching a screen shot.

    Try going the other way. Configure the transparency to 0% and see if that does it.

    LOL. Tried the 0 and it just went back to the solid color that I don't want.

    Rick,

    Does this have anything to do with the HTML background color? I have that set to white, but I also have a CSS stylesheet set up which is giving the HTML BG that gradient that you see...
