Trial Ended, But I Purchased a Subscription
I need to start a Captivate project, but unable to open Captivate because it states my trial has ended. My company purchased Captivate 9 for me and provided a credit card number.

Was this a perpetual license or a subscription license? If it is a subscription license you have to log in with the Adobe ID that was used for the license.
