trial of captivate

I purchased captivate but I need to use it now for school while it is being shipped.  I am trying to download the trial but I keep getting the error you see in the image.  Any ideas what to do?  I have an assignment coming up and I am worried that I can't get the trial to work.

Try downloading with Firefox instead of IE.  There is a limit on the filesize that IE will allow you to download.  That might be what is causing the issue.

That is what I used so I tried downloading using IE just to see and received this message:


Downloading Adobe Captivate 5.5 English  Windows

The Akamai Download Manager has  encountered an fatal error: Server unreachable
