Trial version issue
First an overview of my experience so far…
I bought a copy of Captivate 2017 on November 14.
I downloaded the files and tried to initiate the software but was obviously doing something wrong because I kept getting a notification that it is a trial version . I followed directions and added my serial number but every time I logged into the program I got the same trial notice with the remaining days counting down.
When I saved a project I was informed that this would be no longer available when the trial period was over.
I uninstalled everything and re-downloaded all the files in my download folder on your site.
Following the instructions, It downloaded again to my C drive and I clicked the setup and went through the process including adding the serial number. All seemed well. However I only had 800MB of space left on the C drive and got error messages stating not enough free space when I accessed the program.
I moved the files to my D drive which has lots of space and now get the trial notification again.
Question: what do I do now to resolve the trial version issue.
