trouble customizing process tabs or accordion interaction tabs

I can insert and successfully use the interactions unless I add a tab.  I need 5 tabs.  I can add the 5th tab and with no text they all work.  But when I start adding text and images with 5 tabs it previews and publishes as a blank screen.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
