Trouble generating Chinese Text-to-Speech audio in Adobe Captivate 2019.

Dear Adobe Support,

I am writing to seek help with an issue I have been experiencing with Adobe Captivate 2019's Audio Speech Management feature. Specifically, I am having trouble generating audio in Chinese using the Text-to-Speech feature.

I attempted to use the Chinese speaking agent to generate audio in Chinese but received an error message stating that the text-to-speech could not be generated. I was only able to generate audio in English. I would appreciate it if you could advise me on how to address this issue so that I am able to generate audio in Chinese as well.
