Trouble Installing 32bit version of Text to Speech

I attempted to install the 32bit version of Text to Speech converter this morning for Captivate 9. The installation fails saying that the software is not genuine.

System:

MacBook Pro

Parallels 11.00

Windows 10 - 32 bit

I have attempted the installation several times. Any suggestions?

Since there is no license key for the text to speech software, I would suspect that the software is checking your copy of Adobe Captivate against their activation servers. Double check that you have installed it correctly and with the correct license key. Then attempt to install the Neospeech agent again.
