Troublesome to make changes to text boxes (moving, resizing etc.) in Adobe Captivate 9

Changing text boxes, especially on quiz slides (question and answers) can take enormous long time. For instance moving a text box using an arrow key, has a delay of 10 sek. as an example. This does not happen on a “fresh” project. It has happened on every computer I have tried Captivate 9 on. Surely, there has to be a known error, or?  It is extremely troublesome and takes up a LOT of time. I remember when I was a Flash developer some years ago, this would also happen in the Flash authoring tool. If I copy a "troublesome" knowledge slide to a fresh project, the slide work as expected. I use the responsive project on Captivate 9. Collegous of mine, have started to call it "a shitty application" after they experienced the same things...

What causes it and is there anything to do about it?
