Question

Trusted Publisher Certificate

I work for DOD and we are unable to install Adobe Presenter due to the fact that the trusted publisher certificate expired 1/7/2016. I have called a few times to try and explain this, but I keep getting the run around. Without a trusted publisher that is up to date we are unable to continue using the product. Please help a guy out.

You may want to try reaching out to the DCO support team, as they may be able to better help. http://www.adobe.com/government/dco/

Did you get a response on this?  Our Acrobat DC 2015 installations have the addin that was signed with an expiration of 7/25/2015...don't understand how a current patched product does not have a proper certificate.

Eddie,

This is for a different product, Adobe Presenter. You should ask this question over in the Acrobat forums. Try this one: Installing, Updating, & Subscribing to Acrobat
