Try Again messages won't stay deleted in KC questions

I have version 9.0.1.320.

I am creating Knowledge Check slides with a fixed number of attempts and edit the feedback text to what I need. If I add a new KC slide, all of a sudden, the other KC slides now have a "Try again" feedback (gray box with white text).

I then have to go back an delete this box on EACH KC slide. I can save and Publish and all is fine. BUT, if I add another KC slide, it happens all over again.
