Trying to buy Captivate 9 after free trial but can't get to shopping cart

I click on the buy now button when the pop up dialogue appears to say my trial is expiring and I get redirected to this page instead: Adobe products | Adobe

I also tried buying right from the web page for this product and get the same response.
