Trying to download Captivate 8 on another PC

Can anyone give any tips on how to download Cap 8 on another PC if you only have your license key? I got this through my company but the Adobe support chat is unable to help me. They dont seem to see that I have an account.

Are you talking about a perpetual license and have a serial number?

Adobe's policy is only to support the two most recent versions, which are 10 and 11.5 for Captivate. If you have the serial number, try to download CP8 from ProDesignTools website and see if you can activate it with the serial number.
