Trying to import a .vtt closed caption file into Captivate Classic

Hello Community,    We're attempting to import a .vtt closed caption file (downloaded from Well-Said) into a Captivate Class project.   When we click import on the slide, Captivate is not recognizing the .vtt file.     I saw a similar question from 2023 that mentioned the Adobe Premiere app to make adding captions easier.     Is that still a solid workaround?   any other approaches you are using?
