Trying to import PowerPoint PPTX to Captivate 7 but always get the Damaged reply

Trying to import a Powerpoint PPTX to Captivate 7 but always get the file damaged response.  If I save powerpoint to PPT format I can import no problem but lose all the theme, etc. from the Ppowerpoint.  Have tried the various items suggested in forums - English language settings, reinstallation, etc but all to no avail.  STarting to irritate that I lose all the theme and cannot get the look/feel we need for the project easily and quickly.
