Trying to install Captivate 7 on a second computer of mine...

Tried to install Captivate 7 on my laptop to show a client what I am working on for them and I got a message saying the serial number could not be recognized.  I have it registered with my Adobe account. Any ideas?

Are you sure that you have not activated that serial number already on two systems?

I had it installed on my previous iMac, before I upgraded this one. But that computer was wiped before I sold it. So there is no way that it's currently installed on any other computers.
