I have found that when I try to reorder my timeline, it is covering up a previous line and not readjusting. I have to close the course and reopen for it to adjust.
If you notice the "clipboard" on the right should be aligned with "Paper2a" on the left

Yes, I know about that refreshing issue when rearranging the stack order by dragging. Can you reset the workspace, or just navigate to another slide in the Filmstrip and come back? Normally that will refresh and the correct timeline will display. That issue exists since a couple of versions.
