Turn Narration On/Off on Quiz Slides

Hello,

I want to make narration of quiz slides optional. Is this possible when the answers are graded? When I embed the audio in the slide or within a smart shape, I cannot advance (even if I've submitted the answer) until after the audio has expired.  I'm working in Cp 2017 and this must be published as HTML5.

Is that narration embedded as slide audio? Do you need Closed Captioning?

If you don't need CC it would be easier to realize this with the command 'Play Audio', because in that case there is no need to extend the slide duration to the duration of the audio clip.
