Typekit integration issue

I just published a new course and kept all of the font/typekit integration info the same. The new course, when published, shows up correctly with Futura (not Futura PT, which I know is one of the Typekit fonts) on my machine. When I published the course, I saw the pop-up window indicating that Typekit Integration was working (see screengrab below). But when I was in QA with the client just now, the font appears to be a default serif, like Times New Roman. Nothing has changed on the client side. They still have the Futura font installed on their internal/shared drive.

 

To try to troubleshoot, we opened up one of the earlier courses that we developed in the spring, and the font showed up correctly on the client side. I double-checked and all of the font information is exactly the same in both courses.
