typing and scrolling corruption lines after publishing

Has anyone figured out why there are corruption lines when you type or scroll after publishing as a flash file?  I have tried every SWF size and quality combinations.  Nothing works.  I do not see this when I preview or publish as an executable fie.  6 months of work and I can't use it because of so much scrolling (large system) and typing!  HELP!  This is Captivate 7.  I work in Administrator mode.  I cleared cache.
